These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the starph.com platform, including all games, wallet services, promotions, and customer support. Please read this document carefully before creating an account or placing any wager.
By registering an account and using starph.com, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must not create an account or use the platform.

The Company reserves the right to request proof of age at any time. Any Account found to be held by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all funds forfeited, and the matter reported to relevant authorities as required by Philippine law.
3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) Account on starph.com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, mobile numbers, or other identifying information — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate termination of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
3.2 Accurate Information. When registering, you must provide complete, accurate, and current information. You agree to update your registration information promptly if it changes. The Company is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate Account details.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials will be attributed to you. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify starph.com support immediately.
3.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts are personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account or any portion thereof, including any Wallet balance, to any third party.
4.1 Mandatory Verification. Before a withdrawal can be processed from your Account Wallet, you must complete identity verification to the Company's satisfaction. This process involves submission of a valid, government-issued Philippine identification document and a corresponding selfie photograph.
4.2 Accepted Identification Documents. Acceptable forms of Philippine identification for KYC purposes include, but are not limited to:
4.3 Processing Time. The Company will use reasonable endeavors to complete KYC review within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of receiving a complete and legible submission. The Company may request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient.
4.4 Right to Suspend Pending KYC. The Company reserves the right to temporarily suspend withdrawal privileges or restrict Account functionality pending completion of satisfactory KYC verification. This applies to all Accounts regardless of the source of funds or amount requested for withdrawal.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. starph.com accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following channels: GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI Online, BDO Online, Metrobank, Visa, Mastercard, and InstaPay. The Company may add or remove payment methods at its discretion with reasonable notice to Users.
5.2 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount on starph.com is ₱50.00. Minimum and maximum transaction limits for each payment method are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by channel.
5.3 Currency. All deposits, balances, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on starph.com are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). No currency conversion is applied to PHP transactions.
5.4 Deposit Restrictions. All deposits must be made from payment instruments registered in your name. The Company will not accept deposits from third parties. Any attempt to deposit using another person's GCash account, bank account, or payment card constitutes a violation of these Terms.
5.5 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to completed KYC verification. The Company will process approved withdrawals within the timeframes indicated in the Wallet section of the Platform. GCash withdrawals are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
5.6 Withdrawal to Source of Funds. The Company applies a source-of-funds policy whereby withdrawals are directed, where possible, to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit. This is a standard anti-money laundering control.
5.7 No Liability for Third-Party Delays. The Company accepts no liability for delays in the crediting of deposits or withdrawals caused by the User's bank, e-wallet provider, or payment network, including GCash or PayMaya system maintenance windows.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by starph.com are subject to these general Terms and to the specific terms published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of a conflict, the specific promotion terms take precedence.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing, all Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to real money or withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the relevant promotion page. The Company is under no obligation to honor bonus claims where the User has exploited or attempted to exploit the bonus system.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. The following behaviors constitute bonus abuse and may result in forfeiture of bonus and associated winnings, and suspension or termination of the Account:
6.4 Expiry. Bonus Funds and free spins not used within the stated validity period will expire automatically. The Company is under no obligation to reinstate expired bonuses.
6.5 Opt-Out. Bonuses are always optional. If you prefer to deposit and play without a bonus applied, you may decline or opt out of available promotions at the time of deposit.
7.1 Game Integrity. All games offered on the starph.com Platform — including RNG slots, software table games, and live dealer products — operate using certified and audited technology. Results are determined by certified random number generators or by real-time physical equipment operated by live dealers, as applicable. The Company does not manipulate game outcomes.
7.2 Malfunction Policy. In the event of a technical malfunction or connectivity failure during a game round, the Company will use transaction logs to determine the last valid state of the game and act accordingly. Where a game outcome cannot be verified due to malfunction, the wager for that round will be returned to the User's Wallet. Malfunction voids all pays and plays.
7.3 Disconnection During Live Games. The Platform is not responsible for losses resulting from a User's own internet disconnection, device failure, or loss of power during live dealer sessions. It is the User's responsibility to maintain a stable internet connection before commencing any game round.
7.4 Betting Limits. Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and vary by game type, table, and the User's Account tier. These limits are displayed within the game interface and are subject to change at the Company's discretion.
7.5 Final Settlement. All game outcomes are final once settled and confirmed in the system. The Company will not reverse a settled bet except in cases of a verified technical error attributable to the Platform.

Breach of any prohibited activities clause may result in immediate Account suspension or permanent termination, forfeiture of all Wallet balances and pending withdrawals, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where criminal conduct is suspected.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in the Platform's intellectual property.
10.2 Limited License. The Company grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment in accordance with these Terms. This license does not permit you to copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any Platform content.
10.3 User Content. Where you submit any content to the Platform — including support communications, reviews, or feedback — you grant the Company a royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and publish that content for operational and marketing purposes, subject to applicable data protection laws.
11.1 Platform Availability. The Company endeavors to maintain Platform availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency downtime, or third-party network failures may temporarily interrupt service. The Company is not liable for losses arising from such interruptions.
11.2 No Guarantee of Winnings. Gaming outcomes on starph.com are subject to chance. The Company makes no representation that any User will achieve profits from their gameplay. Past gaming results are not indicative of future results.
11.3 Aggregate Liability Cap. To the fullest extent permitted by Philippine law, the Company's aggregate liability to any User in connection with their use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.4 Exclusion of Consequential Damages. In no event shall the Company be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or reputational harm, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform.
11.5 Force Majeure. The Company shall not be in breach of these Terms nor liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including natural disasters, telecommunications failures, government actions, or acts of God.
12.1 Company's Right to Suspend. The Company may temporarily suspend your Account at any time and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, or where required to do so under Applicable Laws or by a regulatory authority.
12.2 Company's Right to Terminate. The Company may permanently terminate your Account where any breach of these Terms is confirmed, where you have engaged in prohibited activities, or where continued operation of the Account presents a legal or regulatory risk to the Company.
12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon termination of your Account for cause, any Wallet balance consisting of real money funds (net of fraudulently obtained amounts) may be returned to you via your verified payment method, subject to completion of all pending KYC and anti-money laundering checks. Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination for cause.
12.4 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting starph.com support. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed prior to Account closure. Voluntary closure does not affect your eligibility to re-register, except where a self-exclusion has been applied.
13.1 Dispute Resolution. If you have a complaint or dispute in connection with your use of starph.com, you should first contact our Customer Support team via live chat or the support email address provided on this site. The Company will investigate the matter and provide a written response within five (5) business days of receiving a complete complaint.
13.2 Escalation. If you are not satisfied with the Company's resolution, you may escalate the matter in accordance with the procedures set out under Applicable Laws. The Company cooperates fully with authorized Philippine regulatory bodies in the resolution of player disputes.
13.3 Governing Law. These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any legal proceedings arising from or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
13.4 No Waiver. Failure by the Company to enforce any provision of these Terms at any time shall not constitute a waiver of the Company's right to enforce that provision thereafter.
14.1 Right to Amend. The Company reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Such amendments may be required by changes in Applicable Laws, regulatory guidance, product updates, or operational necessity.
14.2 Notice of Changes. Where material changes are made to these Terms, the Company will provide reasonable notice to existing Users, which may take the form of a notification within the Platform, an email to your registered address, or a prominent notice on the starph.com website.
14.3 Continued Use as Acceptance. Your continued use of the starph.com Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. If you do not agree with any revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
14.4 Version History. The effective date displayed in the header of this document identifies the current version of these Terms. Prior versions are retained internally for reference purposes.
